Heide-Lounge – the new Wellness and Sauna Oasis in the ‘Lüneburg Heath’
Sauna, Wellness, Salt! – the new concept for relaxation in the Landhotel Schnuck in Schneverdingen in the Lüneburg Heath
Look forward to three spacious, individually built saunas, a Finnish sauna with 80 degrees, an organic salt sauna with 45 degrees and a log cabin mill sauna with 90 degrees. Afterwards take a shower in special douches where the wall is made from birch wood or cool down your feet in a wooden tub.
You can relax in our relaxation area with a graduation tower (salt saline) and a unique, fragrant hay flower arrangement on the wall!
Our octagonal pool with 30° water temperature has a unit for reverse flow and completes the wellness area with sun-chairs in the garden and a reflexology on the way to the sauna outside.
Our wellness department has an imperial tub in which you can enjoy a relaxing salt bath, for example. Various treatments and massages can also be booked through our beauty department.

Indoor Swimming Pool
Relax in our 30 degree warm pool with counter-current system.
Finnish sauna 80°
Enjoy the view of our garden from the sauna via the panoramic window. Local oak was individually installed here, the modern, attractive interior is treated with honey-colored oils, and the sauna receives an infusion of herbal scents once an hour using automatic control.
Bio salt sauna 45°
Our “small sauna” with salt crystal wall and crystal bowls. The finest Abachi wood with a particularly elaborately crafted ceiling construction invites you to “linger longer” in pleasant temperatures with higher humidity.
Log cabin sauna with mill wheel 90°
Our “rustic” sauna, solid cladding made of old local wood, a brick exterior wall made of bricks from the former Schneverdinger brickworks that are over a hundred years old and a real mill wheel which allows you to experience an eventful infusion once an hour. A bright and friendly atmosphere is also guaranteed here by a large panoramic window.
Heat bench and Kneipp tubs
Take a seat on our heated bench and cool your feet in original wooden tubs in the Kneipp style.
Relaxing area
Salt, meadow and birch wood gained from the ‘Lüneburg Heath’ sums up in three times fragrances for your senses. Relaxation is granted in our special area welcoming you with comfortable couches and cuddly blankets equipped with a unique smelling arrangement of special flowers at the wall.
Sauna garden
Our little garden which is situated beyond the sauna has a nice sun-terrace with 50 m² and you will find comfortable relax couches, a tub douche and a rain-forest-douche. Additionally your feet can be trained by reflexology in our gravel bed.
‘Kaiser’ tub and wellness
Special wellness treatments, i.e. hot stone or a bath in the special ‘Kaiser’ tub with crystal salt can be offered. Enjoy it alone or in pairs – as you prefer.
